Please join us on Sunday June 16, 2023 for 2nd Annual Father's Day 5K in Lockport! The race is being organized by John Ross of Ross Rental to raise funds for Camp Happiness. Come out and enjoy the day with family and friends as we celebrate Father's Day with a 5K run/walk.
START/FINISH
The race will start and finish at Day Road Park in the Town of Lockport. The proposed course (shown below) will take runners through area neighborhoods and back to the park. Start time is set for am sharp. There will be one water stop located near the mid point at Ross Rental and bottled water will be provided at the finish line.

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP
Online registration will remain open right up until the start of the race. Packet pickup and race day registration will take place at Santa's Christmas Cottage inside Day Road Park near the finish line from 8:00am right up until the start of the race at 9:00am. There will be light snacks after the race (fruit, yogurt, granola bars, etc) and bottled water at the finish.
5K Run/Walk Registration
$25 through May 31st then $30 through race day
*All participants who register by June 9th will be guaranteed to receive an official Father's Day 5K t-shirt in their requested size! A small quantity of extra shirts will be ordered and distributed on a first come-first serve basis until they are gone.

POST RACE CELEBRATION
Race organizers will provide light snacks after the race along with bottled water at the finish line. There will be music at the finish line and a post race awards ceremony.
PARKING
There will be plenty of free parking at Day Road Park!
AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
Trophies will be presented to the 1st place overall male and female 5K runners. In addition, an age group gift will be presented to the top three male and female runners as outlined below.
Age Groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be no refunds. In the event of foul weather, public safety concerns, or for any other reason deemed necessary by race organizers (ex: state of emergency, etc), we reserve the right to postpone/reschedule the event at our discretion or offer a virtual alternative if necessary.
TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Professional timing and finish line services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
